2023: Court orders INEC to answer to fresh suit seeking to disqualify Tinubu

The Government High Court sitting in Abuja, has coordinated the Free Public Discretionary Commission, INEC, to answer a new suit that is trying to exclude the official competitor of the decision All Ever-evolving Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, over supposed break of segment 90(3) of the Electing Act.
