Debo Adebayo, better known as Mr. Macaroni, a well-known social activist and comedian from Nigeria, has urged Nigerians to be wary of politicians who offer money in exchange for votes.
On Tuesday, Mr. Macaroni issued a warning via his verified Twitter handle.
He claims that politicians who offer money in exchange for votes are only investing rather than serving Nigerians.
Additionally, he asserted that the people rightfully possess the nation’s Treasury.
“Any politician offering you money in exchange for your vote is not going to serve you,” he wrote. They only make investments. They will steal from the nation’s treasury, which belongs to the people, if they are elected.
Do not cast your vote for larceny and theft!
“They are saboteurs.”
