The All Reformists Congress, APC, official applicant, Bola Tinubu has promised to change over advance expense fraudsters, known as Hurray young men, into innovation specialists whenever chose president.
Tinubu said he would make innovation centers for Yippee young men whenever chose president in February.
He uncovered this during his mission rally in Benin, Edo State.
Portraying himself as a learned man, the APC competitor, said modern and innovation center points would be made to cause the young people to become instruments for improvement.
He said: “I will change over Yippee young men and make them valuable by switching their gifts and brains over completely to deliver chips for businesses. We can overcome neediness, obliviousness and vagrancy. We have the information, we have the mind to make it happen.
“Believe me. I’m a specialist in finding the way where it is absolutely impossible. I figured out how to tame the Atlantic in Lagos and go it to a lucrative machine.
“Humanistically, we can make mountains, we can ascend Kilimanjaro, we can overcome destitution. We will break the shackle of destitution, obliviousness and vagrancy.”
