2023 elections will be under threat if fuel scarcity continue – Yakubu

A speaker in the Branch of Political Theory, Ahmadu Bello College, Zaria, Teacher Yakubu Abdullahi, on Saturday, said the ongoing fuel emergency desolating the nation, may represent a serious test to the 2023 general decisions.

Yakubu, who addressed writers at his home in Samaru Zaria, noticed that everyone was impacted adversely by the ongoing fuel shortage, adding that numerous Nigerians may not have interest to cast a ballot any longer.

He said other than crooks’ assault, the serious issue presently is versatility.

“You need to meet somebody however method for transportation is no longer there.

“Your relative is wiped out in the 12 PM and should have been taken to emergency clinic, no fuel inside the vehicle. You need to go to work in time, close early and return home in time, no fuel,” he said.
