SAHARANEWS – The transport minister, Rotimi Amaechi admits that the January 23rd general election was rigged.
In a video that has gone viral, the transport minister pleaded with the main opposition party PDP not to go to court stating that its just four years and there will be another presidential election and then INEC will be cautioned to be transparent.
