SAHARANEWS — Palpable fear and tension has enveloped Cross River State community as suspected members of Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has engaged some Fulani herdsmen terrorizing inhabitants of the community in a physical combat.
According to an unconfirmed report reaching our correspondent in Calabar, two herdsmen and 20 cows has been killed so far in the duel.
The confrontation is currently happening at the border town of Odukpani-Itu river side in Odukpani Local Government Area of Cross River State.
Recall that SaharaNews had earlier reported that Fulani herdsmen gets 20 days ultimatum to leave Biafraland.
