BREAKING: Serious Tension in Anambra as Gunmen set 15 shops, vehicles ablaze.

Somewhere around 15 shops, a few trucks and vehicles were scorched at Amorka people group in Ihiala Neighborhood Government Area of Anambra State on Thursday night by yet-to-be distinguished shooters.

Sources told Day to day POST that the hooligans, numbering more than 10, shot all as the night progressed, while shops in the space were stolen from in the disarray that resulted.

Amorka is a bordertown to Imo State, which is a trekable distance to most networks in Imo State.

“The shooting caused disorder as occupants and explorers deserted their shops and vehicles to rush for security.

“The shooting caused weighty gridlock that extended from Amorka to Mgbidi and Awo-omma in Imo State.

“In the disarray, a few shops were plundered by gangsters. Certain individuals say they are IPOB individuals who were fighting that their chief, Nnamdi Kanu was not delivered, in spite of court request,” a source said.

Another source guaranteed that the hooligans likewise dropped sheets of papers, bearing composed messages, saying there will be no harmony until Kanu was delivered.

The Anambra State Police Advertising Official, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, couldn’t be gone after affirmation as at the hour of documenting this report.
