BREAKING:Egypt Sentences 24 Muslim Brotherhood Members To Death

An Egyptian court on Thursday condemned 24 Muslim Brotherhood individuals to death for the killing of cops in two separate cases, a legal source said.

The Damanhour Criminal Court, north of the capital Cairo, indicted the gathering for a few violations, including the supposed besieging of a transport shipping cops in the seaside Beheira governorate in 2015.

The assault killed three cops and injured scores of others.

The other case, additionally included Brotherhood individuals and attempted by a similar court, was over the killing of a cop in 2014.

Eight of the 24 denounced were attempted in absentia.
