BREAKING:Nollywood actor, Fadeyi Oloro, is dead

Ojo Arowosafe, better known by his stage name Fadeyi Oloro, was a seasoned performer in Nollywood.

He passed away on Tuesday after a long illness.

As of the time of this writing, very little was known about Fadeyi’s passing.

The veteran actor passed away at the age of 66.

Bayegun Oluwatoyin, better known by his stage name Woli Arole, an actor and comedian, confirmed his death on Tuesday night by posting the following message on his Instagram account: “So happy I reached out to you sir, so happy we played our part, so happy we laughed together, so happy we were able to show our support.” The “Fadeyi Oloro” legend will be missed.

Let’s check on people when they’re still alive and show love when they can feel it. Let’s help when it’s obvious.

The veteran actor suffered from an unidentified illness for years before passing away.

The actor from Ekiti rose to prominence in the 1980s and early 1990s thanks to his well-known herbalist role.

Last year, The PUNCH reported that the late actor once requested financial assistance from Nigerians to care for his health.

Sunday Scoop once heard the ailing actor say, “Nigerians should help me. Money is required for everything I need to be healthy.

I am improving with the assistance of others, but I have not fully recovered. Because of this, I am asking Nigerians from all walks of life, whose lives I have influenced in some way, to assist me.

He noted that despite the fact that he had not received sufficient assistance, he would not criticize industry organizations. “Everyone has different things they are fighting with,” he said. I don’t want it to look like I’m being mean to actors in our group.

Even though I did not receive the kind of support I would have liked, occasionally people called to say hello. Because they are going through different things, I don’t blame them.
