BREAKING:Visa applicants denied due to Trump travel ban can reapply – US

The US State Department has said most US visa candidates, who were denied due to previous President Donald Trump’s movement restriction on 13 generally Muslim-larger part and African nations, can look for new choices or submit new applications.

President Joe Biden toppled Trump’s movement restriction on his first day in office, Jan 20.

On Monday, March 8, the US State Department representative, Ned Price, said candidates who were denied visas before Jan. 20, 2020, should submit new applications and pay another application charge.

The individuals who were denied on or after Jan. 20, 2020, may look for reexamination without re-presenting their applications and don’t need to pay extra expenses, Price said in a Reuters report.
