CALL OFF ELECTION BOYCOTT: We Can’t Sign Any Document With Zoo Without Participation of Int. Community – IPOB Leader

A leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Emeka Gift has revealed that the group cannot sign any document with Nigeria without the participation of the international community.
