Counsel claims that DSS is keeping Kanu with the patient.

Aloy Ejimakor, a lawyer, claims that the Indigenous People of Biafra leader who is being held by the Department of State Services, Nnamdi Kanu, is bleeding from the nose after allegedly coming into contact with a tuberculosis patient.

The lawyer wrote, “Today, my associate, Barr Mandela, met with Onyendu, MNK (Kanu) at the DSS” in a tweet on Monday.

He states, “He reports that MNK (Kanu) directed me to make it public that he had an episode of profuse nose bleeding yesterday and that the DSS has transferred a detainee with a tuberculosis diagnosis to his cell block.” This is concerning.

“Except for failed nations, there is no nation that holds a man in detention after his incarceration has been municipally and internationally declared illegal, with compensation and an apology given to him,” the statement reads.
