A Biafra flag was seen hanging among flags of nations in the office of the former High Commissioner of Canada in Nigeria, Mr. Nicolas Simard.
In the post on his verified Twitter account, Simard, said:
“After 10+ years abroad in Bangladesh, France, DRC and Nigeria, I’m back at @AMC_corporatif in Ottawa! I have just started in my new role as Director of Operations, Planning and Strategic Coordination for Sub-Saharan Africa.”
