IHEDIOHA Vs UZODINMA: Supreme Court Adjourns Till 3pm For Final Judgment

SAHARANEWS – A seven-man panel of the Supreme Court led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Tanko Muhammad, has slated 3 pm for judgment in an application by ousted governor of state Imo state, Emeka Ihedioha, seeking review of January 14, 2020, judgment which had ordered his removal from office.



The apex court panel fixed the time after counsel to parties in the matter had moved and adopted their various applications.

At Tuesday’s sitting, Kanu Agabi SAN announced appearance for Emeka Ihedioha and PDP, 1st and 2nd respondents/applicants.



Damian Dodo SAN represented appellants/respondents (Uzodinma and APC), while Tanimu Inuwa SAN, announced legal representation for the 3rd respondent, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
