Stop politicizing insecurity, Nigerians can’t serve God – Sultan of Sokoto to politicians

The Sultan of Sokoto and President of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III, has approached Nigerian pioneers to quit politicizing instability.

Abubakar said the politicization of instability is Nigeria’s serious issue.

Talking at an occasion in Abuja yesterday, the ruler said the answer for instability in the nation is exceptionally close.

The ruler mourned that without sufficient security, Nigerians can’t venerate God.

“Parties are blaming each other for not doing what’s needed to handle frailty. I believe that is the serious issue we’ve been looking in the country. We accept we have an issue, and the arrangement is close.

“Harmony is vital. Without harmony, you can’t adore God. We observe individuals committing suicide. We should return to the heavenly books and work as indicated by those books for enduring harmony,” he said.

Additionally, the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Samson Ayokunle, spoke to Nigerians to support the strain on legislators to guarantee accomplishment in the battle against uncertainty.

Addressed by the Deputy President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Archbishop John Praise, Ayokunle said: “There must be equity and reasonableness assuming harmony will reign in the country.”
