Former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha has alleged that the incumbent governor, Hope Uzodinma, sleeps in an armored vehicle surrounded by security agents.
According to the lawmaker representing Orlu Zone in the National Assembly, Uzodinma cannot move freely for fear of the unknown.
He said, “Hope Uzodimma, the Governor cannot move freely because he is not at home with the people.
“He’s the only governor in Nigeria who sleeps and move around in an armored car surrounded by Army, Navy, Air force, Police. No other governor does that.”
The senator also said that Uzodinma is unnecessarily heating up politics in Imo State for selfish political gains.
The confrontation between Senator Okorocha and Uzodinma worsened after police officers linked to the Imo State Government house attacked Church in December 2021 and kidnapped Uche Nwosu, Okorocha’s son-in-law.
