Why Nigerian ideological parties remain backward – PGF DG

Chief General of the Progressives Governors Forum, Salihu Lukman, has communicated pity that while progress is being made by the Independent National Electoral Commission in further developing decisions, the ideological groups have been on the decrease.

Lukman said this in a paper named, ‘Interior Democracy in Political Parties and Prospects for New Nigeria,’ unveiled in Abuja, on Sunday.
