Appeal Court to convey judgment in Nnamdi Kanu’s offered to suppress psychological oppression charges today

The Court of Allure in Abuja will today convey judgment in an allure founded by the confined head of the restricted Native Individuals of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, trying to subdue psychological warfare charges brought against him by the National Government.

The redrafting court is to convey the make-or-blemish decision in the early evening, as contained in a notification imparted to Kanu’s lawful group and the Central Government.

Ifeanyi Ejiofor, one of the attorneys in Kanu’s legitimate group, affirmed receipt of the notification for judgment conveyance.

He said, “We wish to educate UmuChineke and all devotees regarding Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that we have recently gotten warning from the Court of Allure, Abuja Legal Division, that the hotly anticipated judgment in Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Allure No. CA/ABJ/CR/625/2022 between Nnamdi Kanu and the Government Republic of Nigeria will be conveyed tomorrow, thirteenth October 2022, at 2pm.

“We are extremely invigorated with this news as we anticipate a successful excursion. The legitimate group is investigating every possibility as we have been working diligently behind the scene.”

Kanu had blamed the request for Equity Binta Nyako of a Government High Court, Abuja, which requested him to answer seven out of the 15-count psychological warfare charge against him.

He had asked the Court of Appeal to subdue the whole charges and liberated him on different grounds, among which the implied offenses were not dedicated in Nigeria.

Equity Hanatu Sankey, who drove a three-man board of judges that heard the allure, had held judgment.
