Biafran National Guard (BNG), one of the gatherings disturbing for the severance of the South-East from Nigeria, has assumed liability for the assault dispatched on Monday on the Abia State Police Command Headquarters, Umuahia.
Shooters on Monday morning assaulted the base camp of the state police order in Umuahia, the capital of Abia State.
