Breaking: CJN Tanko Muhammad Tests Positive For COVID-19

The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Tanko Muhammad has gotten the COVID-19 infection.

This was affirmed on Tuesday in Abuja by an individual from the Supreme Court, Justice Ibrahim Saulawa.

Saulawa made the affirmation at the divulging of the public base camp of the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN) in Abuja, The Nation reports.

It is perceived that CJN Muhammad is right now in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates where he is getting treatment.

Naija News followed the nonappearance of the CJN at the swearing-in of 72 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria on Monday, there had been worries about the whereabouts and wellbeing status of the CJN.

The 66-year-old boss equity had not been found out in the open for quite a while and his nonappearance at the swearing-in function of the top legal advisors again fulled theories encompassing his wellbeing status.

The CJN swore in eight Supreme Court judges on November 6, yet he has not been found out in the open from that point forward.
