The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Monday, excused an application the Federal Government petitioned for consent to remove the kept Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Abba Kyari, to the United States of America, USA, to confront preliminary over his supposed contribution with a famous web fraudster, Ramon Abbas, prominently known as Hushpuppi.
The court, in a judgment that Justice Inyang Ekwo conveyed, held that the removal application FG documented through the workplace of the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, SAN, was “uncouth and dispossessed of legitimacy”.
