The Federal Government has pronounced Monday and Tuesday July 11 and 12, 2022 as open occasions to check the current year’s Eid-el-Kabir festivity.
While congratulating with Muslim reliable, the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, asked Nigerians to report dubious development around them to security agents.
The clergyman expressed this in an explanation by the service’s Permanent Secretary, Dr Shuaib Belgore, on Thursday in Abuja.
“While wishing Muslims a blissful Eid-el-Kabir festivity, the priest encouraged Nigerians to assume liability by detailing any dubious people and crimes they saw around them to policing with the utilization of N-Alerts application that has been intended to relieve security challenges with brief reaction from security organizations: when you ‘See Something Do N-Alerts’, most particularly during this celebration,” the assertion read to a limited extent.
He, nonetheless, approached Muslims in the country to utilize the festival to petition God for harmony in the country.
