It also said the service would, therefore, be done through the APC national secretariat located at Plot 44, Blantyre street, Wuse II, Abuja.

Presiding Judge of the Appeal Court, Justice Abdul Aboki, who granted the leave, said that the process would be deemed as properly served on Buhari.

SaharaNews gathered that this development came as a result of complain by Atiku’s lead counsel, Chris Uche (SAN), that it has been difficult to serve Buhari due to his large entourage of aides at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

It will be recalled that Atiku, through a legal petition, had challenged the declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, saying Buhari was the winner of the rescheduled February 23, presidential election.
