BREAKING:Court sentences man to 21 years imprisonment for armed robbery.

A Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, on Wednesday condemned one Shola Agboola to 21 years detainment for furnished burglary.

Equity Hakeem Oshodi conveyed the judgment in control No. ID/706c/14 between the State of Lagos versus Shola Agboola.

The litigant was before captured by the Police and charged by the State on third August, 2014.

He was accused of four tallies of supposedly commiting outfitted theft, scheme to submit burglary and attack on the two people who were his casualties.

The Prosecuting Counsel, Olabisi Ogungbesan, of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, at the State Ministry of Justice, had encouraged the court to show no tolerance in the condemning of the respondent.

She had noticed that the declarations of four observers and the five shows offered under the watchful eye of the court affirmed the claims of the wrongdoing against the litigant.

The preliminary adjudicator, Justice Oshodi expressed that the confirmations given by the arraignment were sound and convincing.

Equity Oshodi saw the respondent as blameworthy of the charge, culpable under segment 297, 295 (2a) and 172 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015.
