BREAKING:IPOB’s Nnamdi Kanu Terrorism Case Adjourned To November 10

The instance of the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been suspended to November 10, 2021.

Naija News assembled that Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja, had deferred the case to November 10.

Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Nnamdi Kanu’s lead counsel, had requested the court to move him from the guardianship from the DSS to Kuje jail.

In any case, Binta Nyako, the adjudicator, denied the application.

Nnamdi Kanu was driven away by the DSS from the court, and he will stay in their guardianship until the following hearing date.
