BREAKING:Nnamdi Kanu’s trial is postponed until next month by the Supreme Court.

The High Court on Thursday dismissed the knowing about Nnamdi Kanu, head of the Native Nation of Biafra, IPOB, till the following month.

Aloy Ejimakor, Kanu’s Special Counsel, tweeted about the Supreme Court’s decision.

In a tweet, Ejimakor wrote: Sadly, the #MNK appeal hearing has been postponed until next month by the Supreme Court.

The secessionist had on November 3, 2022, documented an allure at the High Court against the Court of Allure’s decision ending his delivery from the DSS guardianship.

Kalu filed an appeal against the Court of Appeal’s decision on October 28, 2022, which stayed the execution of its previous order acquitting him of all charges and ordering his release from the secret police’s custody.

Prior to the hearing, Kanu’s Special Counsel had stressed that the IPOB leader’s case should be resolved immediately and urged the Supreme Court to ensure that the trial was fair.
