Sokoto state government has requested the conclusion of all inclusive schools outside the state capital.
This was declared by the Secretary to the state Government Sa’idu Umar soon after the gathering of the state security committee led by the state Governor, Aminu Tambuwal at Government House, Sokoto.
He says the choice was taken after the Commissioners of Basic and Secondary Education, Muhammad Bello Abubakar, and that of Science and Technology, Kulu Haruna just as that of Religious Affairs, Abdullahi Maigwandu advised the board on the security circumstance of the schools.
The committee from there on consistently consented to close all the life experience schools outside the city to deflect any security break that will humiliate the state, guardians and the overall population.
The SSG said the schools would be shut for multi week during which appropriate survey and security course of action would be set up.
He said during this period understudies and instructors would be moved to their territories to study and fill in as day outfits,.
He says the state government will oversee the activity appropriately and guarantee that there is quality confirmation and security during the activity.
