BREAKING:Ukraine losses 13,000 soldiers to Russia’s invasion – Official

Al-Jazeera reported that one of the advisers to the Ukrainian president, Mykhailo Podolyak, said that as many as 13,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed in battle since Russia invaded the country nine months ago.
The adviser’s revelation is said to be the first update on the number of fighters killed since the head of the armed forces stated that nearly 9,000 troops had died at the end of August.
“We have official figures from the general staff, we have official figures from the top command, and they amount to (between) 10,000 and 12,500 to 13,000 killed,” Podolyak was quoted as saying on Thursday by Ukraine’s Channel 24.
The official went on to say that there were more wounded soldiers than died soldiers.
The figures that Mykhailo Podolyak provided have not yet been confirmed by the armed forces of Ukraine.
In addition, the war has resulted in the deaths of thousands of civilians in Ukraine, and millions of them have fled to neighboring nations. As a result of Moscow’s attack on the country’s power stations and energy infrastructure, the country now faces a winter without heat, power, or water.
Joe Biden, the president of the United States, and Emmanuel Macron, the president of France, who was in Washington, DC, made a promise to keep providing military assistance to Ukraine.
