BREAKING:Venezuela’s President offers ‘oil for vaccines’ as Covid bites.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Sunday offered “oil for antibodies” as his country, which is under financial approvals influencing the oil area specifically, faces a second flood of Covid.
