Marseille President, Pablo Longoria, has made it clear they won’t sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester Joined together, as they are on the lookout for “cooperative people”.
Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford is even now more questionable, after he was dropped by administrator Erik Ten Witch for their outing to Chelsea on Saturday.
The 37-year-old has been rebuffed for leaving Old Trafford before full time, in the wake of declining to come on as a substitute in the 2-0 win over Tottenham.
While monetary requirements at Marseille imply that a move for Ronaldo would constantly be troublesome, the Portuguese hotshot seems to have controlled himself out of dispute for a transition to France with his new shows of peevishness at Old Trafford.
Longoria has told RMC Game: “Football is exceptionally clear. You manage with the means you have available to you, with a monetary equilibrium. You need to improve results, try to work in the group, yet with monetary soundness. That is significant in 2022. We really want what is going on.
“We are a long way from thoughts like that [of marking Ronaldo], of enormous stars, individual players. We’re more centered around cooperative people who put in individual exhibitions which serve the group. We have a task where everybody needs to work for a system.”
