Cholera Outbreak: 33 Persons Where Killed In Yobe, Jigawa

The flare-up of Cholera has guaranteed no less than 33 people in both Yobe and Jigawa states.

In Yobe State, three passings have been recorded with two others hospitalized at Girgir Community in Jakusko Local Government Area of the state.

This comes under three days after 30 people were accounted for killed in Jigawa State following the episode of Cholera across nine nearby government spaces of the state.

The Executive Secretary, Yobe State Primary Health Care Management Agency, Babagana Kundi Machina disclosed to Channels Television on Thursday that the file case in Yobe came from adjoining state Jigawa.

The Jigawa losses add to the expanding loss of life from the illness across Nigeria. Different states that have announced passings from cholera in the previous few weeks incorporate Enugu, Benue, Plateau, and Bayelsa.
