Court Limits INEC, Lawan, Gbajabiamila On Cooperation Of Legal Representatives

Abuja Court of Appeal has conceded a request for break directive limiting the Senate President, the Speaker of the Place of Reps, INEC and three others from executing, upholding or depending on the judgment conveyed by Equity Mohammed Liman of a Government High Court, Kano, on the third of June, 2022.

The Allure Court controlled them following an exparte application documented by the Public Executive of the All Ever-evolving Congress (APC), Adamu Abdullahi.

The three others are Representative Mas’ud Doguwa, Hon. Habibu Sani, Hon Bilyamimu Shinkafi. Every one of the six are mutually recorded as respondents to the suit.
