The Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ebonyi State, Mr Nwoba Chika Nwoba has been welcomed by the Department of State Services (DSS) over his wedding cake which was ready with emblem of the old Biafra Republic.
Mr Nwoba and his better half, Onyinyechi, shocked their visitors at their wedding party on the ground when they uncovered a cake planned with all that has do with the dead Biafra Republic.
