FG loses suit to extradite businessman to US

A Bureaucratic High Court in Abuja on Tuesday struck out a suit established by the National Legislature of Nigeria, trying to remove a Nigerian resident, Andrew Chidiebere Ibe, to the US of America for preliminary in wired extortion charges.
