Fulani herdsmen strike Ondo village again, kill scores of civilians

Killer Fulani herdsmen have again invaded Arimogija community in Ondo State, killing no fewer than five people, hours after Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu threatened to deal with them.

Akeredolu had on Sunday visited Omolege Junction, an Ondo community after last Wednesday’s attack, where 50 AK-47 wielding herdsmen killed three people, including the community leader.

The herdsmen also burned homes.

The governor during his visit to the community threatened to deal with the criminal herdsmen and bring them to justice.
