Half Salaries: Stop provoking ASUU members – Falana tells FG

Privileges dissident, Mr Femi Falana (SAN), has encouraged the National Government to quit inciting individuals from the Scholastic Staff Association of Colleges (ASUU) in a disagreement regarding compensation.

Falana expressed this while talking on Stations TV’s Governmental issues Today, on Tuesday.

As per him, the instructors ought to be paid their full pay rates for the months they were protesting.

Review that ASUU individuals were protesting among February and October this year, devastating scholarly exercises in state funded colleges across Nigeria.

ASUU canceled their eight-month strike on Oct. 14 after the Public Modern Court (NIC) requested the speakers to continue.

In any case, the Central Government paid half-pay rates for the period of Oct., rankling ASUU individuals.

The National Government had made sense of that the speakers were paid in light of the days they worked in the expressed month.
