If INEC refuses to comply with a court order to inspect materials, Obi announces its next course of action.

According to IGBERETV, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, has revealed the next action he will take if the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) does not permit the party to inspect the sensitive materials used in the presidential elections on February 25.

Obi had taken the case to court to dispute the outcome and the declaration made by INEC that APC’s candidate for president had won the election.

While he was being consulted on Emerge television today, Obi was gotten some information about his subsequent stages, as it was accounted for that INEC had would not give the electing grouping materials to be dissected by Work Party as requested by the court.

The former governor of Anambra stated in his response that he would go through both the legal process and a peaceful march protest to INEC’s building to request the collation materials, telling the court that INEC was in contempt for not obeying the order given to them.

However, he stated, “We will go through all legal peaceful means to bring about a new Nigeria” and urged Nigerians to remain calm.
