The interim order of forfeiture on Ike Ekweremadu’s property that was issued by a Federal High Court in Abuja has been overturned.
Presidencing judge Inyang Ekwo ruled on Friday that when the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission applied for an interim forfeiture of the assets, it concealed facts.
