A care group of Work Party, LP and its official competitor, Peter Obi has blamed the executive for the party in Lagos state, Kayode Salako of neutralizing the party in the state.
The Obi support bunch made the charge in a proclamation through its Twitter handle on Saturday.
The gathering, which recognizes as Peter Obi Grassroots Preparation 2023 Development claimed that Salako is working for the official competitor of the decision All Moderates Congress, APC in Lagos State.
It said Salako should be uncovered of Work Party.
“Work Party Executive in Lagos Kayode Salako is working for Tinubu. We should uncover him of the party,” the gathering said.
Review that Lagos Section of the Work Party chose Salako, spouse of Nollywood entertainer, Foluke Daramola, as the new party administrator in the state in July 2022.
A duplicate of letter affirming his arrangement was shipped off the Free Public Discretionary Commission (INEC), in front of the 2023 general decisions.
In the mean time, Salako has said his most extreme objective for running the Work Party in Lagos, is to win decisions. “On the off chance that I can’t win races, then it isn’t worth the effort,” he said.
Salako, during a gathering with delegates of the Nigerian Work Congress (NLC) and Worker’s guild Congress (TUC) and other political associations in Lagos, Salako unveiled that the embodiment of running an ideological group is to win decisions.
He said, “In the event that an ideological group is existing, yet can’t win decisions, it will not just be called an unserious party.He told the get-together my main goal as the new director of the LP in Lagos, is to organize the party to win races.
