PDP denies suspending Atiku campaign over Wike

The People groups Progressive faction (PDP) Official Mission Committee (PDP) has denied suspending its assemblies.

There were reports about the party doing as such over the conflict between the official competitor Atiku Abubakar and Streams Lead representative Nyesom Wike.

In his response, the Overseer of Key Correspondences, Dele Momodu called the narratives deception.

The representative affirmed that the party’s mission, which started for the current week in Akwa Ibom’s capital Uyo, was on course.

“Outright lie… dissimilar to the APC which is yet to assemble its demonstration, our Atiku/Okowa Official Mission Committee has taken off at supersonic speed. See you soon in Kaduna by God’s elegance,” Momodu said.

It was guaranteed the assemblies were suspended at the occurrence of Atiku who was said to have dispatched three PDP stalwarts to talk with Wike.

The arbiters are supposedly ex-Senate President David Imprint, previous Streams Lead representative Peter Odili and previous Delta Lead representative James Ibori.
