People groups Progressive alliance (PDP) lead representatives have started moves to accommodate the official up-and-comer in the February 25 political race, Atiku Abubakar, with the G-5 lead representatives.
Since Atiku and the governors parted ways before the general election, the PDP Governors Forum will bring them together.
The G-5 governors had demanded that Iyorchia Ayu, the chairman, resign.
They fought that it was unreasonable toward the South for the official applicant and the party administrator to come from a similar territorial coalition.
The two camps stayed in constant conflict until the surveys, which Atiku lost, while Waterways State Lead representative Nyesom Wike kept on pushing for ability to get back toward the South.
Tomorrow’s scheduled reunion will take place at the Abuja Transcorp Hilton Hotel.
Wike, Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia), and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu) are the G-5 governors listed as attending the event.
Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom), Ifeanyi Okowa (Delta), Darius Ishaku (Taraba), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), and Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa) round out the list of other individuals.
PDP Lead representatives choose expected at the occasion are Umo Bassey Eno (Akwa Ibom), Peter Mbah (Enugu), Agbu Kefas (Taraba), Siminalayi Fubara (Waterways), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta) Dauda Lawal (Zamfara) and Caleb Mutfwang (Level).
C.I.D. Maduabum, Director General of the PDP Governors Forum, stated that the event will provide PDP leaders, stakeholders, and members with a chance to meet for the first time since the general election.
He went on to say that the event will also give the governors a chance to plan a welcome and reception for all PDP governors-elect and re-elected governors.
It will also be a goodbye ceremony for the departing members.
The assertion peruses: ” A discussion on “good governance at the sub-national level:” will take place at this event. issues, perspectives, expectations, and outcomes, which will outline the problems with governance at the subnational level and the options for solving them.

Olusegun Mimiko (Ondo), Ayo Fayose (Ekiti), Ibrahim Dankwabo (Gombe), and Seriake Dickson (Bayelsa) served as past chairmen of the forum that will be honored.
