Roads and market were deserted in the early hours of Thursday in Imo State, in compliance with the sit-at-home declared by the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
IPOB declared the sit-at-home in protest against the planned visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the Imo State.
