South-East has suffered shameful acts in all things – APC clan leader Joe Igbokwe

All Progressives Congress tribal leader, Joe Igbokwe, says the South-East international zone has, without a doubt, endured treacheries, adding that in “all that we share in this country, we get the least.”

He encouraged the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), to work with the production of another state to make states in the South-East six, as other international zones in Nigeria.

States presently in the zone are Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Abia and Ebonyi.

Talking on the PUNCH Live program, the legislator, nonetheless, noticed that in spite of the ‘shameful acts,’ fierce tumults and killings are not the best approach to press for equity, value and reasonableness.

The PUNCH had before announced that the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), on Wednesday, said that the Federal Government may pronounce a State of Emergency in Anambra to guarantee that the November 6 governorship political race in the state happens.
