Stop using Kanu’s hunger and refusal of professional medical care as tools of torture—IPOB to the Nigerian government

18 December 2022: NIGERIA’S Government Is Systematically Killing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu – IPOB PRESS RELEASE

We, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide movement and family, led by the tireless Liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, condemn the Nigerian government’s use of state-sponsored torture and the gradual assassination of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, while he was being held by the DSS.

The Nigerian government’s ongoing atrocity against the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the DSS Abuja dungeon should be made known to the entire world.

The Nigerian government has made it a goal to get rid of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, who is being held in solitary confinement by the DSS in violation of the law.

Mazi KANU suffers from heart conditions and mineral deficiencies that necessitate the attention of medical professionals. However, the Nigerian government has refused to release him as ordered by Nigerian courts and has also refused to permit his personal physicians access to him. Instead, the Nigerian government has turned to roadside pharmacies for his prescription drugs. This lead of Nigeria Government adds up to a conscious deliberate corruption of Mazi KANU’s wellbeing, focused on his inevitable disposal by a slow end of his life. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is being murdered slowly by the government of Nigeria!

READ ALSO: We are broke and can’t buy Kanu food and medicine, the DSS tells the lawyer. Mazi Nnamdi KANU’s brother and members of the IPOB legal team visited him in DSS custody a few days ago. He told them that DSS agents have not given him his prescription medicines for more than nine days. Additionally, DSS has not fed him for several days. The DSS asserts that they do not have sufficient funds to pay for Mazi Nnamdi KANU’s medication and food. How ridiculous!

As a result, we, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide family, demand that the Nigerian government immediately release MAZI NNAMDI KANU because they are unable to pay for his food and medication. IPOB is more than able to accommodate our Chief, the best clinical benefits the World can offer, and we can give him any food of his decision.

The Nigerian government is responsible for providing Mazi Nnamdi KANU with adequate food and professional medical care after illegally transferring him and imprisoning him in violation of the law.

If anything bad happens to Mazi Nnamdi KANU while he is in the Nigerian government’s illegal custody, IPOB will take the situation very seriously.

In their vain attempt to undermine our leader, the Nigerian government must stop using hunger and refusing professional medical care as torture instruments.

We in the IPOB see the recent actions of the DSS as part of a conspiracy to systematically harm Mazi Nnamdi KANU’s health and, ultimately, kill him by starving him of food and his prescribed medications. However, we would like to remind the Nigerian government and anyone else even remotely interested in Nigeria of the fact that the IPOB and, in fact, the Biafran people will fight the Nigerian government indefinitely if Mazi Nnamdi KANU is mistreated while in their illegal custody.

This is not a threat; rather, it is a promise that generations of Biafrans must uphold even after the Biafra Nation is restored.

We have repeatedly urged Attorney General Malami and his associates to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU in accordance with court orders. In addition, the UN Working Group instructed the Nigerian government to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU and compensate him. However, Attorney-General Malami, the Fulani Cabals in Nigeria’s government, and other self-seeking politicians in charge of the impostor posing as President Buhari have refused to abide by the rulings of the courts and the recommendations of the UN Working Group.

Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and all diplomatic missions in Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria are being urged to persuade the Nigerian government and its security agencies, particularly the DSS and Attorney-General Malami, to immediately release Mazi Nnamdi KANU and hold a referendum on Biafra independence under UN supervision.

Through the DSS, the Nigerian government intends to kill Mazi Nnamdi KANU by starving him and refusing to give him his prescribed medications.

In addition, the Nigerian government is providing financial support to criminals in the Eastern Region in order for them to commit atrocities there and use the proceeds to smear IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The Nigeria Government Agendists’ desperate actions demonstrate their dissatisfaction with the IPOB and ESN Operatives’ successful resistance to their agenda and their desire to conquer and take over our ancestral lands.

However, they should trade with caution to avoid disturbing the sleeping Lion and disrupting the nation’s sleep for a very long time. They ought to be aware that Mazi Nnamdi KANU is responsible for the fragile and brief peace that is currently prevailing in Nigeria.
