Strike: No going back on protest – NANS dares Kaduna govt

Following a delayed strike left upon by the Scholarly Staff Association of Colleges (ASUU), the Public Relationship of Nigerian Understudies (NANS), Kaduna, has approached understudies of individual schools to gather on the 21st September, 2022, for the all out shut down of the Kaduna-Abuja street.

In a proclamation gave on Wednesday, the understudies’ team Director, Confidant Dominic Philip said the dissent would start from Kaduna turnpike and end at Gonin Gora by Government Helpful School, Kaduna.

Following this, he welcomed all Public Excos, Zonal Excos in Kaduna, JCC Chiefs, Sug’s/SRC Leaders, guardians, great lively kinsmen and ladies.

Nonetheless, the Kaduna State Government, on Tuesday night, cautioned against the risk related with such a dissent as Kaduna is a delicate State.

The State Official for Inner Security and Home Issues, Samuel Aruwan, in a proclamation, said that the arranged activity by any gathering or individual was unsuitable.

That’s what he added “residents may mercifully be reminded that aggregate security ought to stay the first and most significant thought consistently.
