Previous US president Donald Trump on Tuesday documented a $100m claim against his offended niece Mary Trump and The New York Times, asserting they occupied with “a slippery plot” to acquire his government forms for the paper’s Pulitzer Prize-winning examination of his accounts.
The claim, documented in Dutchess County, New York state, says that New York Times journalists Susanne Craig, David Barstow and Russ Buettner led “a broad campaign to get Donald J. Trump’s secret expense records.”
“The respondents occupied with a deceptive plot to get classified and exceptionally delicate records which they took advantage of for their own advantage and used as a method for erroneously legitimizing their pitched works,” the claim says, asserting they were “spurred by an individual quarrel.”
The New York Times and the three writers won the Pulitzer in 2019 for their examination of the Trump family’s funds, which the Pulitzer Prize Board said “exposed his cases of independent riches and uncovered a business domain loaded with charge avoids.”
The news’ story asserted that Trump had gotten more than $400m in this day and age from his dad’s land domain, a lot of it through deceitful duty plans.
