UPDATE:Atiku backs US visa ban on election riggers

The People groups Leftist alliance official competitor, Atiku Abubakar, has tossed his weight behind the US visa restriction on supposed political race riggers in Nigeria.

The PUNCH reports that the US forced visa limitations on certain Nigerians blamed for subverting a vote based system, noticing that this was important for the activity to propel a majority rule government and tackle defilement in Nigeria.

The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, who unveiled this in an explanation on Wednesday, said that the endorsed people, whose names he didn’t uncover, would be ineligible for the US visa.

The highest level representative likewise made sense of that some relatives of those banned from the US might be exposed to a similar limitation.

Blinken explained that the visa limitation was not designated at the Nigerian public or the public authority.

However, responding to the boycott through his Twitter handle on Wednesday, Atiku encouraged other “laid out majority rule governments” to join the US in putting a visa restriction on political decision riggers in Nigeria.

“I invite the US visa prohibition on enemy of vote based components whose activities try to sabotage the 2023 races in Nigeria.

“I urge other laid out popular governments to take action accordingly to guarantee that there’s no concealing spot for the adversaries of our majority rules system,” the previous VP composed.
