Why I cannot condemn ESN in South-East – Peter Obi

Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, has stated that he cannot condemn the Eastern Security Network (ESN) in the South-East due to his uncertainty regarding their activities.
This was said by Obi when he spoke on Monday at a presidential town hall series called “The Candidates.”
The agitations in some parts of Nigeria, according to the former governor of Anambra State, are the result of leadership failure.
Obi stated that his administration would use dialogue to resolve the issue if elected president the following year.
The first of our seven goals is to ensure the safety of Nigerians’ lives and property.By ensuring equity, justice, and the application of the law, this can be accomplished.
“The country is rife with agitation everywhere. It is the result of poor leadership.Agitation is nothing to be ashamed of.You talk to everyone and discuss things.
Because I’m not sure who is doing what, I can’t condemn ESN.He stated, “You can only condemn people if there is a process by which they have stated that this person has done something.”
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), a separatist movement that supports Biafra, has a paramilitary organization called ESN.
