BREAKING:National Industrial Court resumes after annual vacation

Exercises continued on Tuesday at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria from one side of the country to the other, following seven-week excursion.

The excursion, which started on Friday, July 31, and finished on Monday, September 27, was declared by means of a roundabout dated July 5, and endorsed by NICN President, Justice Benedict Kanyip.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that there was no court sitting during the excursion.

Notwithstanding, during the period, Justice Bashar Alkali conveyed a decision that was documented by means of a movement on notice because of the critical idea of the suit.

Salt allowed an interlocutory order asking the National Association of Resident Doctors to suspend its 64-day-old strike and return to work right away.

In the mean time, legal counselors and prosecutors were seen anywhere nearby of the Area 11, Garki central command office and the Area 3 base camp extension of the court in Abuja on Tuesday either going for procedures or recording measures.
