The Atiku Petition Against Tinubu was adjourned until May 18.

The continuation of the pre-hearing of the petition filed by the People’s Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, against the All Progressives Congress’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has been postponed until Thursday, May 18, 2023, by the Presidential Election Petition Court.

The PDP and Atiku are challenging the Independent National Electoral Commission’s declaration of Tinubu as the president-elect in the CA/PEPC/05/2023 petition.

The APC, Bola Tinubu, and the Independent National Electoral Commission are the petition’s first through third respondents.

The pre-knowing about the appeal was taken first on Thursday morning after counsel for Atiku and PDP, Chris Uche (SAN), showed an interest with regards to this issue.
